Made-to-Order Products
At Coastal Wake, every item is made to order just for you. This allows us to create high-quality apparel and gear while reducing waste and ensuring each product meets our standards before it ships.
Because your order is produced after it is placed, processing and shipping times may vary throughout the year. Typically your items are produced within 1-4 days and delivered in a following 3-5 days. During peak shopping periods, holidays, special promotions, and seasonal demand, production times may be longer than usual.
We appreciate your patience and understanding as our production partners carefully craft your order. Once your item has been completed and shipped, you'll receive tracking information so you can follow its journey to your doorstep.

Multiple Shipments
To get your order to you as quickly as possible, items may ship separately and arrive in multiple packages. Because our products are made to order and may be produced at different facilities, it's common for apparel, hats, accessories, and other items to be fulfilled independently.
If your order contains multiple products, don't be concerned if everything doesn't arrive at the same time. Each shipment will have its own tracking information, which will be provided as the items are dispatched.

Lost or Stolen
Once an order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Coastal Wake is not responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery.
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, we recommend checking with household members, neighbors, apartment offices, or other common delivery locations. You may also wish to contact the shipping carrier directly for additional assistance.
If you believe there is an issue with your delivery, please reach out to our team. While we cannot guarantee replacements for lost or stolen packages, we'll do our best to help you locate your order and provide any information needed to assist with a carrier claim.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
We take great pride in delivering quality products, but if your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, we're here to make it right.
Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order and include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging. Once we review the issue, our team will work quickly to determine the best solution, which may include a replacement or refund when appropriate.
