At Coastal Wake, every item is made specifically for you after your order is placed. Because all of our apparel and products are made to order, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations due to changes of mind, ordering the wrong size, color preferences, or buyer's remorse.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

We stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

• Clear photos of the damaged, defective, or incorrect item

If the issue is determined to be our error or a manufacturing defect, we'll gladly replace the item at no additional cost.

Sizing

Please refer to the sizing chart provided on each product page before ordering. Since every item is produced specifically for your order, we cannot offer exchanges for incorrect size selection.
